Tasks

Add a BitBucket payload event and a BitBucket gate to the notifications center
In PhabricatorListener, listen to Bitbucket payload event to trigger a Phabricator repo update on push.

Nope, the library doesn't provide such classes.

We don't use BitBucket anymore for rVIPERSERV. It has been converted to Git as rVIPER.
