Description

We generated certificate for the Phabricator domain, and for the files domain.

We so can move to force HTTPS.

For that, are still needed:

to deploy SSL on the Aphlict server
to deploy SSL on the blog domains (currently servers.nasqueron.org)
to provide a nginx redirect

Then, we have to hunt in .arcconfig files http:// and update to https://.
