As shown in P154, we stripped namespaces for actions, but not for exceptions.

To be coherent, we should strip the namespace from exceptions too.

The library responsible to declare the installation isn't a valuable information (it could even be misleading, as the user could be willing to think it's an issue at the library level, and not in the Notifications center configuration)
