Summary

Both on CentOS Stream and Rocky 9.1, Docker 23 doesn't start,
as it tries to add this rule in the trusted configuration,
and exits with a fatal error if the rule already exists.

As such, it's probably better to let Docker manage its own bridges.

This reverts commit 9f24b9df2f443e4d479c8f2c5575b21419c0a4d2.
