Summary

The quill is crafted with a feather and an ink bag.

It allows to label chests, barrels and shulker boxes.

Uses the Minecraft 1.21.6+ Dialog API.

Build and compute hash for a server resource pack
with item localisation.

Test Plan
  • Used the quill
  • Checked quill break (recycle + no cases)
  • Read l10n in French and English
  • Ensured resource pack is loaded
