One more commit

502 page is ready, next step is to add 502 snippets in all nginx configuration blocks.

We don't currently have an OTRS instance, and we can use the generic 502 page instead.

Fix whitespace issue, remove unused keys

Updated the list with the results of the new production environment to test 502 pages are available for each domain served.

In nginx, when you have an expression like server_name pad.nasqueron.org pad.wolfplex.org pad.wolfplex.be, the first element becomes (as documented) the primary server name. The variable $server_name, undocumented, contains this primary server name.
