Description

Some workflows require a mail/ticket desk service to be operational:

  • report issues related to contributor covenant
  • shared mail for operations
    • mail to use for Docker images
    • noc contact point
  • allow security responsible disclosure

Former plan was to use mail.nasqueron.org mailboxes and an OTRS instance. Current plan is to evaluate Zammad.
