Confirmed: Phabricator deliberately uses its default no-reply address as a recipient on some notifications. As Postfix currently rejects that recipient before DATA, we’ll declare notifications-noreply@devcentral.nasqueron.org as a valid blackhole mailbox and silently discard mail delivered to it.
