Uncluttered code/data from some unneeded/outdated stuff

Invalid domains points now to the official site; IRC servers references pointed to freenode.net; removed unneded references to project admin; updated staff info. This was mostly a find/replace task. A deep look at all help infos would done.
Changes at that level on download-databases, live-update and "ENABLE_VERSION_CHECK" in main.c needs attention to resolve target.
I'm in doubt about "testRemote=$(grep freenode $TMP.rem.servers)" in addserver, if it needs freenode.net.
