Summary:
We provide a container to run a CLI version of PHP,
with extensions like readline, ncurses and newt.

This image fairly follows the default of nasqueron/nginx-php-fpm
to provide a comprehensive standard environment.

Test Plan: docker run --rm nasqueron/php-cli php -i
