Allow to search FANTOIR code through fantoir-datasource query

Summary:
Perhaps the easiest way to validate the pipeline before promotion
of a newly imported file is to ask directly to search a known
FANTOIR code. If not found, it will exit with exit code 4.

Usage: fantoir-datasource query <FANTOIR code>
