Refactor GateController:getSecret code

Some services, like Phabricator, could exist as several instances.
Each door of the Phabricator door will so linked to a specific
instance, and a parameter 'instance' is added to the credentials.json
gate description format.

We expose a getService method to fetch all the parameters block.
