Adding DocumentStorage options to the configuration file.

$Config['DocumentStorage'] is an associative array with the options
to know where to stores documents collections.

Document storage engine is indicated in the Type key.

Other keys are engine dependant and fully documented for MongoDB,
MySQL, SQLite3 and files.
