Allow to use bat on Debian

Summary:
Bat allows to print files with syntax highlighting and Git integration.

Debian package install it as batcat to avoid a conflict name with
bacula-console-qt.

As we don't use Bacula as a backup solution, there is no issue
to name it bat.
