Sync SPF records for @nasqueron.org

Summary:
Legacy SPF and TXT records didn't match: web-001 was only added to the old SPF record,
but nowadays mail servers read TXT record for SPF information and discard the SPF record.

• Deploy to dns-001
• Send to gmail
• Read incoming mail in /var/spool
