Use OpenSearch CA certificate for curl queries

Currently, OpenSearch is configured to use its own private CA,
dedicated for the ELK cluster.

The full role must be amended if we want to be generic, with regards to paths,
per https://docs.opensearch.org/latest/security/configuration/tls/
