Allow Equatower to use registry.nasqueron.org

Summary:
Currently, Equatower has to use localhost:5000 to access the Docker registry.

It's more convenient to use everywhere the same syntax, so this change allows
Equatower IPs to access the nginx vhost too.

That also allow to move the registry elsewhere without any url change.

Test Plan: docker pull registry.nasqueron.org/openfire
