Adopt wurf on shellserver and devserver roles

Summary:
The wurf command is a fork of woof command, and is available
on the Nasqueron FreeBSD packages server, per fcfa02b39ff7.

This means woof doesn't mean to be manually installed anymore
on FreeBSD servers.
