[geocaching/string2number] Handle accentuated characters

http://lehelk.com/2011/05/06/script-to-remove-diacritics/ provides a map
of UTF-8 characters we can substitute by the base characters without
diacritics.

We use this map to process the string,
so éléphant and elephant both give 81.
