Summary:
Leverage Motion UI to make elements appears dramatically:

• header and footer hinge
• rows slide

Provide a method to make them exit, to play with,
also implemented as an easter egg (see below).

[ Easter egg ]

The usual easter egg to make all elements leave the scene.

They can come back using the same method.

[ Version bump ]

Bump version to 0.1.0.

Test Plan:
Tested on Firefox/ChromeOS on a chromebook,
a mobile phone and a desktop computer.

CSS adjusted to let animations played correctly.
