Add inidal to revokedusers list

As requested in the review, added the old username 'inidal' to the revokedusers list to remove the old account before adding the new one.

The Nasqueron Operations repository main branch state is intended to reflect the production state of the servers infrastructure.
As such, only members of Nasqueron Operations SIG can land changes to that repository.

As a next step for this change, a member of the Nasqueron Operations SIG should coordinate both deployment and commit merge.
