Nasqueron offers an infrastructure to open source projects.

We should encourage the adoption of the contributor covenant's code of conduct to allow projects to acknowledge and announce every being is welcome there.

For smaller projects, there is probably a need to allow to ease maintenance by preparing a point of contact to report violations (a requirement of the contributor convenant) first, a Nasqueron-level committee in a second step (@rama @Ash-Crow @harmonia_amanda could help there).
