Scope
Release an operational prototype, to get a working base ready to get feedback about features and refinements.

- We could invite Raminagrobis too, as they are a Python enthusiast.

Location
Ask Raminagrobis and Kumkum what's acceptable for them.

Ash and Harmonia probably prefer Paris. That location is generally okay for Rama too.
