Description

We use oidentd as an ident server.

We need 4 things to make it work properly:

~~Install oidentd (done at T1047)~~
Enable the service by default (OK on shellserver, not OK on devserver role)
~~Configure it (done at D707 / 3e4e1c4b24db)~~
Document how to use it when an account can host several applications (e.g. account for several IRC bots)

An integration test could be prepared with an eggdrop looking /whois on a client connecting.

We need to find the exact format of local ~/.oidentd.conf because on WindRiver I've got "dereckson" as ident when I try to use spoof options.
