1) create the Docker container (rDVMA)
2) configure the salt repository and deploy the container (D3320)
3) dump the sql database into the ViMbAdmin (P350)
4) configure nginx
Plan change,
ViMbAdmin will be installed on Hervil

Important: the extension should be deployed to devserver and shellserver roles too.
That can be done in a separate diff so we can review it easily separately.
