Description

This Saturday morning, we've got this message on IRC Libera #nasqueron channel:

09:59:55 < Guest23> Hello! I tried applying for an internship at nasqueron for the website but the website has been throwing an error when I try to submit the application.

I've tested to fill https://forms.nasqueron.org/nasqueron-join/contact/new I'm redirected to https://join.nasqueron.org/contact-failure.html so I guess orbeon SMTP or any other task on the save process has an issue?

The form isn't saved and so is lost.

PostgreSQL has been upgraded and now runs PostgreSQL 15.4.

Oh, we lost XML support from T1888, reopening that task and ensuring we lock the package.
