Base Docker image has been updated to Debian Trixie in 9a1eb8e2b541.

While the PHP image was rebuilt successfully on the top of it, I've noticed a failure for Node

Goals:

Build all the static sites with upsection (see T1662)
Run Spectacle to generate documentation
Run tests for rSP

For more context, see d231b22c3d47 and ac53ba30dcae.

Target version of Node would ideally be Node 24, the current version, as of 2026-03-22.
