Any database is a problem as long as this db isn't backed.
Amazon S3 is so probably a good choice: as if we'd backup a db, that would probably be on S3 too. There is a free tier for low usage.
If we'd have more server, a private storage cloud with Swift or a Consul/etcd installation would be a good idea too, but that requires more than 5 servers to be interesting.
