Publish extracted archive servers log

Summary:
We currently maintain a servers log, and want to publish it.

This server log has been extracted from the #nasqueron-ops IRC log
where the [component] message to log format is used.

In a next iteration, we'll provide log publish mechanism to store
entries in a database or a plain file, and serve it through the API.
This file will be then replaced by a log generator. The URL is stable.

To avoid to block front-end development, we publish meanwhile
an archive of the current servers log using T1007 suggested format.
