Merge branch 'production-site-to-import-from-design'
Initially, the plan was to use this repository for production site
and a design repository to prepare a Foundation-base design.
Yet, development of the JS part also occured there.
New plan is to use the "design" repository as the main repository.
As such, this change imports the former repository history.
From nom, all development occurs in this infra-www repository,
but with the content of the former "design" repository.
