rMD75e09e573b87: Find more JetBrains paths for dictionaries

Summary

Recent versions of JetBrains IDE uses spellchecker-dictionary.xml
instead of cachedDictionary.xml, for example CLion 2022.3.

On Windows, the JetBrains directory is in AppData\Roaming,
not in .config.
