By deploying this Notification Test Environnement we will be able to try the api of the task T771 and T1682.

New DNS configuration

Per discussion, the environment will be called "integration". DNS has so be created like this:

notifications.integration.nasqueron.org. 86400   IN  CNAME   www3.nasqueron.org.
orange-rabbitintegration.nasqueron.org. 86400   IN  CNAME   www3.nasqueron.org.
vault-notifications.integration.nasqueron.org. 86400   IN  CNAME   www3.nasqueron.org.

Seems to follow <instance>.integration.nasqueron.org convention so it's KISS.
