dereckson lowered the priority of T716: Ysul doesn't seem to be reachable from Unbreak Now! to High.
We can reach Ysul again.

Fine, and will reach full coverage as we're adding the project name in the configuration class, then a getDefaultGroup method.

As we have already have PHP, per T708#6938, it's as simple as adding these commands to the main RUN to install it:
