Can be on our Nasqueron repository, can be on EPEL, but we really need starship out of snap:

• D2147 has introduced a 30 seconds delay to let snap time to initialize
• T2113 shows gethostname() invokes systemd-hostnamed in Varlink context
• P294 shows we need extra volumes, those volumes sometimes break during updates

Once starship is packaged, we don't need snap anymore:
