Phabricator notifications to feed are very poor in content if we compare with rich GitHub webhooks payloads.

Yet, Phabricator contains a mechanism to implement custom handling of notifications, through Doorkeeper.

We should use this possibility to fire our own notifications, with the content we need, like the comment of the message.
