Ok for flake8, but for shellcheck, this would force Keruald contributors to clone an extra repo.

The two functions don't solve the same issue:

We need to find the exact format of local ~/.oidentd.conf because on WindRiver I've got "dereckson" as ident when I try to use spoof options.

Seems service.running works fine on FreeBSD, so we can use this more generously across the configuration as currently, we've a lot of {% if services['manager'] == 'systemd' %}.
