Create a notification center, with a message broker

Description

Currently, we have events, log messages, notifications on several software.

We should:

  • get a dashboard of such notifications
  • prepare an infrastructure with a message broker to manage easily pipelines of notifications instead of dozens of plugin app per app

One of the goal is to print relevant messages on IRC, another to feed data for a status page.

The back-end part is done and working.

What would be interesting is to create a front-end to print notifications on the flow, so we have a nice visualization dashboard when IRC isn't available.

There are still nice to have, but we have used this all the year with correct results.

The architecture has been built and implemented.

Improvements can be tracked in respective products, mainly Notifications center.
