We need this, as container still runs on Jessie, and, as such, doesn't provide a recent enough Git version to be compatible with Phabricator.
I think we're done currently on this task.

Currently, ssl transport is available. Not sure since when, but probably at least during PHP 7 installation.
Current update: until now, /usr/local/etc/php-fpm/pool-prod served 7.4, it now serves 8.1.

T1624 progress: we've now an Elastic instance to store logs from the containers.

Per previous comment, issue is from libphutil/Arcanist: it uses a certificates bundle, we need to update it.
