I see a lot of this in the log:

Feb 12 03:38:25 ysul sshd[12985]: warning: /etc/hosts.allow, line 145: can't verify hostname: getaddrinfo(host-213-131-37-210-customer.wanex.net, AF_INET) failed
Feb 12 03:38:26 ysul sshd[12987]: _secure_path: cannot stat /etc/login.conf: Not permitted in capability mode

Not present in recent FreeBSD machines, so I guess it was solved during an OS upgrade.
