If all we want are tunnels, Tinc could be overkill, as GRE tunnels work well at D2594 + D2595.

We need this, as container still runs on Jessie, and, as such, doesn't provide a recent enough Git version to be compatible with Phabricator.

Currently, ssl transport is available. Not sure since when, but probably at least during PHP 7 installation.

Current update: until now, /usr/local/etc/php-fpm/pool-prod served 7.4, it now serves 8.1.

It's actually not clear what we've still on HotGlue.
