Avoid to define authenticator both, one in cli.ini, one in command line

A certificate for mail.nasqueron.org and hervil.nasqueron.org has been generated successfully after D3248 has been deployed:

Apparently some Jenkins agents have static ip. But that ip can be taken by dynamic assignment of previously launched containers.

Odderon is on Libera since 2023-09-04, so this seems it doesn't happen currently.
