Description

Focus is to validate Dwellers state and tweak last details for all containers.

Next step will be to allow containers upgrade/redeploy through Jenkins.

PostgreSQL by default doesn't consume 2 GB of RAM for an InnoDB cache, so I'm not sure it's a good idea.
