SELinux context was the default for anything created under /var, which we didn't allow and aren't interested to allow for nginx.

For RHEL 8, we probably only need docker-processes, but roles/paas-docker/devel refers dive too.

Note we've still a case for deploying poudriere itself, but that can be tracked in a new task, T2039.
Speaking of geo, I've updated hyper-001 firewall rules to allow WindRiver IP to connect for management.
Packaged. Can be published on Nasqueron repository, but I'm going to submit it upstream too.
