To constitute a SIG, it makes sense there is a specific need for the group (IRC) or at least two members interested (Tasacora, operations) or specific responsibilities for the project as a whole (operations).

It's important to stress the fact projects can exist without any SIG:

• Projects can operate as they want .
• Groups can be created at any point on ad hoc basis, for example to take responsibilities for Nasqueron at a whole, or for gouvernance purpose.
