Description

Alkane is the Nasqueron PaaS to host:

static sites directly by nginx
PHP sites through php-fpm and nginx

It also powers our MediaWiki SaaS.

Actually, this has already been fixed in 0.3.0, switching from Rocket 0.4.11 to axum, so we just need to bump the port.

Pending Anubis deployment, I've set temporary mitigation up in D3947, it clearly improve comfort of use of DevCentral, pages load virtually instantaneously like before.
