Embargo. There is a current embargo about using those pictures as Nasqueron resources, as long as UK courts don't clarify model authors can't claim copyright on model output. Meanwhile, those images are contaminated with a dubiously enforceable "don't do evil" clause per the CreativeML Open RAIL-M license. Those licenses are not compatible with open source licenses. It's not clear if this applies to the final license of the work. No formal discussion has occured on Wikimedia Commons, but they host such content. Meanwhile, UK law has been modified to allow copyright for AI-created material.
